Sharks, kids, wine & sun - PICS

I'm all the way on the right.

Me getting in.

That's me in the bottom left corner - getting in WHILE the shark circles the cage!!!

Second thoughts?

Chantal - the only girl dumb enough to let me convince her to do it.

The "cage" waiting for us in the water... "WE'RE GETTING IN THAT?!?"

Lunch.

The bathroom in my BAP "flat".

There are Xhosa commands taped all over the flat so we can learn a little of the language. Obviously we learn ONLY what kids need to be told. ;-)

The kids. A volunteer made a huge poster that hangs in the kitchen of our flat so we can remember who's who.

The kitchen.

Where I slept - since new girls came, 3 of them sleep in there and I stay in the smaller room with 1 bunkbed.

Each volunteer leaves their handprint or some other artistic message on the wall of the flat when they leave. Some are cheezy - some are cool. I like this one.

Keketso

Lukholo (the boy I want to take home)

Ntsikelelo

Jessica (the girl I want to take home)

Sinazo

Asemahle

Me carrying Boniswa in a traditional "towel back wrap".

A tortured Simpiwe. (I stuck that there.)

Azile & Likhona

Top of Lion's Head.

A paraglider flying by.

View from Lion's Head.

Camp's Bay

You all pity me, I know. ;-)
